摘 要: | 以某企业液化气汽车装卸场站为例,针对液化气装卸区危险特性,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟技术,建立全尺寸三维模型,对装卸栈台发生液化气泄漏、蒸气云在附近停车场集聚爆炸后的场景进行模拟计算,评估爆炸对周围构筑物和生产设施的影响,同时研究停车场停车数量和爆炸超压的关系。结果表明,在一定距离内,非防爆的控制室等构筑物会受到爆炸冲击发生损毁倒塌,威胁控制室内人员安全;附近停车区车辆数量与爆炸超压呈线性关系,车辆越多,产生的危害越大。

SIMULATION ON EXPLOSION ACCIDENT CONSEQUENCES OF LPG LOADING AND UNLOADING STATION BASED ON COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS |

Abstract: | Taking the loading and unloading station of liquefied gas vehicles in a enterprise as an example, computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation was used to establish a full-size 3D model in view of the dangerous characteristics of liquefied gas. Simulation calculation for explosion was carried out on the scene duo to LPG leakage and vapor cloud accumulation in the nearby parking lot to evaluate the impact of explosion on the surrounding buildings, and to analyze the relationship between the number of parking lots and the explosion overpressure. The results showed that the non-explosion-proof control room and other structures would be damaged and collapsed by explosion within a certain distance, threatening the safety of workers in the control room. The explosion overpressure was linearly related to the number of vehicles in the parking area, therefore the number of vehicles in the loading and unloading area should be limited. |
