摘    要:以国产Q245R和07MnNiMoDR这2种承压设备常用铁素体钢为研究对象,开展材料在韧脆转变区内的拉伸试验、冲击试验以及厚度分别为25.4 mm、19.8 mm和12.7 mm的3种小尺寸标准紧凑拉伸试样(CT试样)的断裂韧度试验,分析试样厚度和试验温度对主曲线法参考温度t 0的影响。研究结果表明,参考温度随着试样厚度的减小而下降,不同试验温度下获得的参考温度则无明显规律性,采用量纲一变形极限M limit=50可修正CT试样厚度带来的拘束度下降。

Abstract:Tension tests,Charpy impact tests and fracture toughness tests of three sizes as 25.4 mm,19.8 mm and 12.7 mm of compact tension specimen in brittle-ductile transition region were carried out for Q245R and 07MnNiMoDR steels,and the effect of specimen size and testing temperature on master curve reference temperature t 0 were obtained.The reference temperature decreases as the specimen size decreases.The reference temperatures obtained at different test temperatures have no obvious regularity.M limit value of 50 can reduce the restraint effect brought by the specimen size.
