金樱子枸杞保健酒的研制

摘    要:金樱子枸杞保健酒是以金樱子为主要原料,辅以枸杞、大枣,经食用酒精浸提,用50%Vol小曲高粱酒、纯水勾兑成酒度为30%Vol的保健酒.该酒酒度低、酒体清亮透明、酒味醇和,具有独特的香气和营养滋补保健作用.

Abstract:The medlar health wine of Fructuo rosae laevigakea regards Fructuo rosae laevigakea as main raw materials , complement it with the medlar , big date ,soaked and carried by the edible alcohol , it is 30 degrees of health wine to blend into the wine degree with chinese sorghum wine of ditty of 50 degrees , pure water . This wine degree is low , the wine body is limpid and transparent , wine bad smell is pure and mild , fragrance and nutrition with uniqueness nourish health care function.
