摘    要: 实验室研究了超声波对工业纯铝凝固组织的影响,找出了超声波影响金属铸锭凝固组织的一般规律,并将其应用的到工业中试验。研究表明,超声波处理明显改善工业纯铝的凝固组织,细化了晶粒,但是在工业试验中实验室所用设备功率并不能满足现场要求,试验效果不明显,需要根据现场条件改用大型超声波设备来实现晶粒的细化。

Abstract:The effect of ultrasound on solidified structure for commercial pure aluminum are investigated. The results show that the application of high intensity ultrasound during solidification can refine the solidification structure. A powerful ultrasonic generator need to be used to match for the commercial scale.
