摘    要:本文阐述了智能装载机减阻插入铲取的思想。分析了铲斗的受力,在此基础上提出了一种减阻插入的方法,并对打滑的处理作了必要的说明。简述了一个智能减阻插入操作的工作流程。最后,介绍了本方法的应用情况。

Abstract:An idea of loading the bucket of a intelligent loader with a movement that can reduce the resistance produced by the material is proposed A resistance reducing measure to capture the material is given based on analyzing of the shovel forces and a method to deal with the situation when a loader is skidding is disclosed A flow chart of an intelligent work cycle is also presented In the end,the application of the idea is introduced
