摘    要:在部分石化企业,由于燃料油气中携带硫物质在燃烧时所造成的腐蚀,会破坏加热炉衬里,并直接危害到钢结构的安全。因此,优化衬里结构形式就成为保证加热炉长周期运行的当务之急。优化衬里结构主要强调了在保持原有各项性能之外,需要有良好的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:In some petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants,the corrosion after combustion of fuel oil or fuel gas containing sulfur will damage heater's refractory lining and directly threaten the safety of steel structures.Therefore,it is very critical to optimize the refractory lining construction to ensure the long-term operation of furnace.In the optimization of lining construction,the good corrosion resistance of the lining should be highlighted in addition to other necessary performances.
