| 摘 要： | 重氮萘醌体系阳图PS版因具有感度高、上墨快、显影简单、环保以及储存稳定性好等特点,一直在印刷领域处于重要地位。随着印刷业的发展,还应进一步提高阳图PS版的感度,提高耐溶剂(异丙醇)性、耐印力。本文主要介绍了一种新型的用于阳图PS版的重氮萘醌系感光剂的合成方法和其成像性能的研究。这种感光剂是由6,7-二羟基-3,3-二苯基-3H-苯并呋喃-2-酮作为酯化母体,按照一定的摩尔比与2,1,5-重氮萘醌磺酰氯进行酯化反应制得。它与线性酚醛树脂、有机溶剂等成分组成配方。通过配方实验对这种新型感光剂的成像性能进行了研究,发现其不仅显影宽容度大,而且具有较高的感度,较好的抗碱留膜率和耐溶剂性能,良好的分辨率,并对其作为PS版感光剂的应用前景进行了评价。

| Abstract: | A new type photoactive compds.(PAC) of diazidonaphthoquinone(DNQ) were synthesized based on the ballast(ester) of 6,7-dihydroxyl-3,3-diphenyl-3H-benzofuran-2-ketone.The new type PAC is obtained by esterification of 6,7-dihydroxyl-3,3-diphenyl-3H-benzofuran-2-ketone employing 2-diazo-1-naphthoquinone-5-sulfonyl chloride.It has a good miscibility with common novolaks and colorizing background dye in the solvents used in positive photoresists and photosensitive compositions for PS plates.The positive map PS plate has wide latitude,and is provided to obtain excellent sensitivity,the solvent resisance and the alkali resistance. |
