消毒剂的应用

针对目前消毒剂使用中存在的主要问题和消毒技术研究进展系统综述了消毒剂的应用技术。采用化学消毒法进行消毒前,除了明确消毒剂的有效成分、组成、浓度和作用时间等基本因素外,还应明确消毒的类型和规范,根据传染源、病原体的类型、传播途径、消毒对象的性质、消毒剂的有效期、穿透力、毒性、腐蚀性及刺激性选择最佳消毒方法。同时,简单介绍了消毒剂应用和贮存的注意事项。

Application of disinfectants

Against the main issues existed in current field of application of disinfectants and based upon the progress in the development of disinfection technology,the technique for the application of disinfectants was systematically presented.Before the operation of a certain chemical disinfection process,besides the basic knowledge such as the effective ingredient(s) and composition of disinfectants,the concentration to be used and the time needed for the action,et al,the classification of the type of the disinfection operation and the concerning regulations should be clarified.The optimal disinfection process should be identified based on source of infection,type of pathogen and its transmission route,nature of the sterilizing object as well as the effective period,permeability,toxicity,corrosion property and irritation property of the disinfectant.The cautions for using and storing of the disinfectants were also briefed.
