| 摘 要： | 确定了DEAE-纤维素(DE-52)部分纯化小麦酯酶粗酶的条件,绘出了该酶的洗脱图谱,找出了两个所需的酶活力峰,测定出其酶活力分别为8.2942 U、1.7214 U.算得酶的提纯倍数为2.817、回收率为35.18%.

| Abstract: | The article studied the conditions of part purification of botanical esterase with DEAE-52 column,and drew the graph of being washed,found out two enzyme activity mountains whose activities were 8.2942 U,1.7214 U.The experimental result showed:with DEAE-52 column,purification times of botanical esterase rose up to 2.817,35.18% of botanical esterase was retrieved. |
