| 摘 要： | 针对开松上胶机（AF2）的多电机同步系统的复杂机械控制结构，本文提出了一种新型采用PID-模糊复合控制算法的电机同步控制系统。分析了系统的组成和多电机同步控制原理。介绍了PID-模糊控制器的设计。实践证明，该系统动态响应快、实时性能好、具有较高的同步精度和鲁棒性，取得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | Aiming at improving the complex mechanical control of AF2 multi-motor synchronous system, the paper presents a new method of PID-fuzzy algorithms. Here analyzing the hardware form and theorems of the synchronous control system, also introducing the method of designing PID-FLC controller. Practice study manifests that the improved system has valid and robust performance. As a result, the multi-motor synchronous system is not only very accurate, but also efficient. |
