| 摘 要： | 由于水土保持与防洪之间存在着紧密的关系，搞好水土保持对于防洪来说具有重要的意义。吉林省水利防洪工程中存在着一些水土流失问题，严重影响着吉林省内防洪工程的效益发挥，因此，应及时地采取有效措施对其进行治理，以确保防洪工作的顺利进行，保证人民的生命与财产安全。

| Abstract: | Since the relation between water and soil conservation and flood control is very close, perfect construction of water and soil conservation projects is very important to flood control. There are a number of serious problems of soil erosion in construction of flood control projects in JiIin Province and it seriously reduces the benefits of the projects. Therefore these problems should be solved as soon as possible by adopting some effective measures to ensure safety in flood control projects and to protect lives and properties of the people. |
