再生水的环境成本分析

摘    要:在再生水全成本价格模型中需要确定再生水的环境成本.如果某地有较为详细的水污染损失调查资料,就可分类计算水污染的工业损失、人体健康损失、农牧渔业损失等.直接估算再生水资源使用后造成的环境损失有时是相当困难的,按照我国实行的排污收费办法来评估再生水的环境成本是可行的.

Abstract:Environmental cost is required in the all-cost price model of reclaimed water. If loss investigation information of water pollution in an area is available, its loss in industry, health, agriculture and fishery, etc. can be calculated separately. Generally, it is difficult to evaluate an environmental loss due to use of reclaimed water directly. Assessing the environmental cost based on the China regulation for pollutant charge is feasible.
