| 摘 要： | 县域经济是整个国民经济的基础环节和关键环节,又是其薄弱环节,其发展的状况直接决定着社会主义现代化建设和"三农"问题的解决.进入21世纪以来,县域经济有了很大发展,但其发展面临着许多困难和问题,一些深层次矛盾逐渐显现.因此,必须制定切实可行的发展措施,统筹推动县域经济的快速发展,为全面建设小康社会夯实坚固的基础.

| Abstract: | County economy is both the basic and weaklink of the whole national ecomomy. Its development directly determines the construction of socialist modernization and the solution of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. In the 21st century, development has been made while some deep conflics have gradually emerged in county economy. Therefore, we must work out practical and feasible measures to drive the development of county economy and consolidate foundation for the overall welloff society. |
