| Abstract: | This paper introduces in detail the regeneration of waste paper and the policyfor encouraging the regeneration in Soviet Union and America, as well as theresearches on the regeneration. At the same time, it also makes a comment on thepresent situation about the production of packaging paper board with the regeneratedpaper in our own country, pointing out some existing problems and the ways forimprovement. |
