烷氧基铝水解法制备高纯氧化铝工艺中杂质脱除技术展望

摘    要:从中间体烷氧基铝、产物氢氧化铝、产物氧化铝3个方面介绍了烷氧基铝水解法制备高纯氧化铝工艺中杂质脱除的几种工艺和新方法。对各个工艺基本原理进行了分析,并对其具体操作参数和除杂效果等进行了总结。同时对烷氧基铝水解法制备高纯氧化铝工艺中杂质脱除技术未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Several processes/methods of impurities removal during high purity alumina preparation with aluminum alkoxide hydrolysis method were reviewed. These processes can be classified into three categories, i.e., aluminum alkoxide, aluminum hydroxide and alumina. After analysis of their fundamental principles of each process, advantages and disadvantages of every process, including operating parameters, performance characteristics and removal effect, were compared and summarized. Future development of the impurity removal technology was also prospected.
