生物柴油调合燃料组分分离测定的ASTM标准方法开发

摘    要:基于固相萃取-内标气相色谱法,开发出生物柴油调合燃料中饱和烃、芳烃和脂肪酸甲酯组分的高效分离与含量测定方法。通过对不同生物柴油调合燃料的组成分析,分别考察固相萃取的分离效率、方法的抗干扰性以及定量结果的准确性。结果表明,该方法分离效率高,定量准确度好(测定结果与实际值偏差小于1%)。该方法已经被批准为美国试验与材料协会标准方法(ASTM D8144-18),可以广泛用于生物柴油调合燃料产品的生产及质量控制过程。

Abstract:Based on the solid phase extraction (SPE) and internal-standard gas chromatography, a new test method for separation and determination of saturates, aromatics and FAME fractions in biodiesel blends was developed. SPE separation efficiency, robustness and accuracy of the analytical results were evaluated. With the developed method, high separation efficiency and accurate analytical results can be obtained. Very little bias (<1%) between analytical and actual results was achieved. The developed method has been adopted as a new American Society for Testing and Materials Standard (ASTM D8144-18), which can be used as production and quality control of biodiesel blends.
