丁二烯抽提装置的腐蚀检查与分析

摘    要:对丁二烯抽提装置33台设备,21条管道进行了腐蚀检查和分析,检查发现:该装置的主要腐蚀类型为乙酸腐蚀,水冷器存在冷却水/垢下腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Fe3O4和Fe2O3.针对丁二烯抽提装置的腐蚀问题,提出了相关防腐蚀建议.

Abstract:Corrosion inspection on 33 sets of equipment and 21 pipelines in the butadiene extraction unit showed that the main problems were as follows:main corrosion of the unit was acetic acid corrosion,there were cooling water/scale corrosion in the water cooler,and corrosion products were mainly Fe3O4 and Fe2O3.In view of these problems,reasonable anti corrosion suggestions were put forward.
