摘    要:针对高含H2S和CO2油气田开发过程中油井套管腐蚀严重的问题,探讨了镍基合金在H2S-CO2-Cl^-环境中的腐蚀机理。采用慢应变速率拉伸试验法(SSRT)研究了G3镍基合金在高含H2S-CO2-Cl^-环境中的腐蚀情况,特别是H2S分压对应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)的影响。

Abstract:For serious corrosion of tubing and casing occurred in the oil and gas field with high H2 S and CO2 contents, corrosion mechanism of nickel-based alloy in H2S-CO2-Cl- environment was discussed. Slow strain rate tensile test(SSRT) was used to study the corrosion of nickel-based alloy G3 in high H2S-CO2 environment, especially the effects of H2S partial pressure on stress corrosion cracking(SCC).
