摘    要:某公司轻烃回收装置自2019年6月开始,4台换热器小浮头螺栓陆续发生断裂,尤其是E02001全部更换小浮头螺栓后,运行不到一个月,又发现12条螺栓断裂.经过对断裂螺栓抽样进行失效分析,认为螺栓断裂系湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂所致,氰化物的存在大大地加剧了硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂的发生.提出如下建议:进入轻烃回收的原料中氰化物质量分数严格控制在0.5 μg/g以下,螺栓的材质选用20号钢,控制螺栓硬度不超过22HRC,尽可能降低螺栓的预紧力.

Abstract:The small floating head bolts ruptured one by another in four heat exchangers of light hydrocarbon recovery unit since June 2019.Even though all bolts of E02001 were replaced,twelve bolts were found broken again after less than a month of operation.Based on failure analysis,it was considered that fractures resulted from stress corrosion in wet hydrogen sulfide environment.Suggestions were presented,such as controlling cyanide below 0.5μg/g,supervising bolt strength grade(No.20 steel is preferred),ensuring bolt hardness below 22HRC,reducing bolt preload as far as possible.
