摘    要:三峡水电站在全国跨大区联网的电力系统中处于核心地位,重要性十分突出。右岸电站是三峡水电站的重要组成部分,不仅要求控制系统有非常高的可靠性,还应考虑特大型水电工程实施时间跨度大、不同的设备制造厂家及进度、现场机组投产施工期的灵活性以及电站建设期向运行期的平稳过渡。针对上述问题,重点讨论监控系统设计原则、总体结构模式以及提高可靠性的措施等,以满足三峡右岸电站控制和未来发展的需要。

Estimation of the Shortest Radius of Power System Voltage Security Region in Node Injection Space

Abstract:Based on the sensitivities of the voltage stability index to node injections, a heuristic method for estimating the shortest radius of power system voltage security region in node injection space is proposed. In the proposed method, the closest boundary of voltage security region in node injection space is approached step by step. The proposed approach can consider all kinds of operating constraints, and has no numerical convergence problems. Moreover, the basic principle of this method can also be extended to estimate the shortest radius of transient security region and small signal security region, which provides a uniform numerical approach to estimate all kinds of power system security regions. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed method is valid and effective.
