零价铁还原处理卷烟焦油废水

摘    要:通过改变氯化钠、铁的投加量、溶液pH、反应时间四个因素,用零价铁还原的方法预处理焦油废水。探求去除CODcr,的最佳条件。通过正交试验校正得出最佳反应条件为:氯化钠量为400mg/L,铁粉量为30g/L,pH值为2,搅拌时间为75min。在该条件下CODcr去除率可达48.1%。

Abstract:This thesis uses reduction of zero valent iron to pretreat the cigarette tar wastewater. In the experiment, there are four mainly factors, such as the dosage of NaC1, iron amount, acid pH and mixing time. The results according to orthogonal test indicted that dosing of sodium chloride the amount is 400 mg/L, iron is 30 g/L, the pH rate of COD is above 48.1%.
