摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定植物油中甲萘威和克百威农药残留。样品通过乙腈提取,固相萃取(SPE)净化,采用Waters carbmate analysis(3.9mm×150mm,4μm)柱,水∶乙腈(体积比68∶32)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min进行分离,2487紫外检测器进行检测,波长280nm,进样20μL。回收率为89.7%~98.9%;RSD为3.9%~4.8%;检测限为0.01μg/mL。

Abstract:To determine the residues of carbaryl and carbofuran in vegetable oil by HPLC, the sample was extracted by acetonitrile, purified by Solid Phase Extract (SPE), separated with Waters carbmate analysis column (3.9 mm×150 mm, 4 μm), water-acetonitrile(68∶32)as mobile phase at column temperature of 30 ℃ and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detected with 2487 Ultraviolet detector, and the wavelength was 280nm. The recoveries were 89.7%~98.9%, corresponding RSDs were 3.9%~4.8% and the detection limit was 0.01 μg/mL.
