梯度功能氧化物电极的电性能研究

摘    要:首次将梯度法应用于电极材料的制作中,进行了梯度法对电极的表面形貌和电性能影响的一系列实验,包括梯度的组成及变化次数,每次的涂制次数,梯度一层的热氧化温度和时间等。

Abstract:The gradient method was applied for the first time to the making of electrode coatings. A series of experiments about the effects of the gradient method on the surface morphology and the electrochemical property of the gradient electrodes were conducted,including the composition and the changing times of the gradient electrode coatings,the coating number of every gradient composition,the heating temperature and the heating time for the first layer of the gradient electrode coatings,etc..The surface morphology,phase and electrochemical property were studied with the SEM,XRD and electrochemical property testing method.The experimental results indicated that the gradient method could reduce the cracks,improve the adhesive force and prolong the service life of the gradient coatings.
