| 摘 要： | 以高技术战争中的军事谋略为研究对象，分析了高技术装备对军事谋略的影响，认为近些年世界上发生的高技术局部战争中，高技术装备既成为谋略的对象，又变为谋略的手段；着眼于高技术装备的特点，谋求高技术装备运用的最佳效益以获取高技术战争的胜利，已经成为谋略运用的基本目的；提出了在未来战争中，利用高技术装备更加巧妙地施韬展略的新手段和新途径。

| Abstract: | The paper aims at the application of military strategy in high tech war, and analyzes the influence of high tech equipment on military strategy. It seems high tech equipment has become not only the object of strategy, but also its means in local battles characterized with high technology around the world in recent years. It has been the essential purpose of the application of strategy to seek for its best efficiency on the basis of high tech equipment, and to guarantee the victory of high tech war. In the end, it puts forward new means and solution by which high tech equipment can be put into the best practice in future wars. |
