| 摘 要： | 为了解决煤矿事故灾害造成的心理创伤问题,基于我国煤矿事故灾害状况及国内外相关研究成果,探讨了煤矿事故灾害对矿工的心理影响,并提出了相应的对策。研究结果表明:煤矿事故灾害发生后,矿工会出现一系列的心理应激反应,严重的会出现急性应激障碍和创伤后应激障碍,而心理创伤的大小主要与事故灾害的严重程度、矿工的人格特征、认知评价、创伤性事故经历和社会支持等因素有关。

The Psychological Effects on the Miners of Coal Mine Accidents and Countermeasures |

| Abstract: | In order to solve the psychological trauma problems caused by coal mine accidents,based on the situation of coal mine accidents in China and related research results at home and abroad,psychological effects on the miners of coal mine accidents were explored,and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The results showed that there would be a series of psychological stress reactions on miners after coal mine accidents.If seriously,it might turn into acute stress disorder and post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).And the degree of psychological trauma was often related to the severity of accident,miner's personality characteristics,cognitive assessment,traumatic experiences,social supporting and so on. |
