| 摘 要： | 煤炭是一种重要的能源资源,煤炭富集区(譬如鄂尔多斯市)为国家的经济建设提供了有力的支撑。但是,煤炭开采对当地造成的生态破坏和环境污染也非常严重,已成为阻碍当地经济、社会可持续发展的重要因素。论述了实施煤炭开采生态补偿机制的必要性和紧迫性,分析了煤炭开采生态补偿机制存在的缺失,提出了完善煤炭开采生态补偿机制的基本思路。

Study on Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Ordos Coal Mining |

| Abstract: | Coal is a kind of important energy resources,the areas(for example,Erdos city) where the coal are rich provide a strong support for the country's economic construction.But,the coal mining causes very serious ecological destruction and environment pollution,which has become an important factor in hindering local economic and social sustainable development.The paper discusses the necessity and urgency of implementing coal mining ecological compensation mechanism,analyzes existing flaws of the mechanism of coal mining ecological compensation,and puts forward the basic thought of the coal mining mechanism for ecological compensation. |
