摘    要:某铜冶炼炉灰中含有铅、镍、铜等金属元素,为了利用炉灰中的镍,需要降低炉灰中铅含量,以便将炉灰返回冶炼系统回用。通过采用磁选、螺旋溜槽、旋流器、细筛以及旋流器-细筛组合筛分的方式进行除铅试验研究,最终选择旋流器-细筛组合筛分为最佳除铅方案,在原料含铅2.04%的条件下,达到了富铅产物铅富集比2.67倍,铅回收率92.30%,镍回收率31.67%,低铅产物含铅0.24%的指标,低铅产物可以进冶炼系统回收。

Abstract:A copper smelting furnace ash contains lead, nickel, copper and other metal elements. In order to utilize the nickel in the ash, the lead content in the ash needs to be reduced so that the ash can be returned to the smelting system for reuse. Through the use of magnetic separation, spiral chute, cyclone, fine sieve and cyclone-fine sieve combined sieving method to carry out the lead removal test research, and finally select the cyclone-fine sieve combination sieve as the best de-lead solution. Under the condition that the raw material contains 2.04% lead, the lead enrichment ratio of the lead-rich product is 2.67 times, the lead recovery rate is 92.30%, the nickel recovery rate is 31.67%, and the low-lead product contains 0.24% lead. The low-lead product can be smelted System recycling.
