摘    要:局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)是表面等离子共振(SPR)中的一种特殊情况,是光线入射到金属纳米颗粒上引起的共振现象,可被用来实时跟踪生物分子之间在天然状态下的相互作用。这种方法对生物分子无任何损伤,且不需任何标记物。LSPR比色法灵敏度高、多色变化,可用于制作试纸条、试剂盒从而引起人们的广泛关注。本研究解释了LSPR的基本原理以及比色技术的概况,回顾了近5年基于LSPR的比色技术在食品安全方面的应用。最后,对基于LSPR生物传感器比色法的发展和应用以及研究领域所面临的挑战和未来的发展方向进行了讨论。

Abstract:Local surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) is a special case of surface plasmon resonance (SPR), which is the resonance phenomenon caused by the incident light rays on metal nanoparticles.It can be used to track the interactions between biomolecules in real time in their natural state.This method has no damage to biomolecules and does not require any markers.The colorimetric method based on LSPR biosensor has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, multi-color change, and can be used to make test strips and kits.In this review, we explain the basic principles of LSPR and the overview of colorimetric technology, and review the application of LSPR-based colorimetric technology in food safety in the last 5 years.Finally, we discuss the development and application of LSPR-based biosensor colorimetry, the challenges and future directions in this field.
