| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一种利用全息光栅测量凹面反射镜焦距和球面反射镜曲率半径的新方法.这种方法测量精度高,不仅适合于球面反射镜,而旦特别适合于各类非球面反射镜焦距的非接触测量。

| Abstract: | A new technique of measuring the focal langth of concave mirrors by holographic grating with high accuracy has been reported and the errors of the measurement hava been analyzed. Ths method can not only be used to test spherical mirrors, but also ba esspscially used to test aspherical mirrors e. g. cylindarical, paraboloial, elliptical, hypsrbolical and tyre mirrors. |
