摘    要:建立了气质联用法分析化妆品中9种卤代烃的方法。样品用乙酸乙酯超声提取,提取液经0.45μm滤膜过滤,滤液作为待测样液,经GC/MS分析检测,选用SCAN定性,SIM模式定量。方法的加标回收率为60%~110%,检出限和定量限范围分别为0.0003~0.008mg/L和0.001~0.03mg/L,精密度RSD为2.23%~3.36%。该方法样品前处理简单,分析时间短,灵敏度和精密度符合检测需要,适用于对化妆品的检测。

Abstract:The method of determination of 9 halogenated hydrocarbon by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was investigated. Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate under ultrasonic operation and then filtered with 0.45 μm mem- brane. The SCAN mode and SIM mode were used for qualitative and quantitative after the injection of samples for GC/MS anal- ysis. The recoveries of the method ranged from 60% to 110%, limits of detection and limits of quantification ranged from 0. 0003 to 0. 008 mg/L and 0.001 to 0.03 mg/L, respectively, the RSD was ranged from 2.23% to 3.36%. This method was simple, rapid and characterized with acceptable sensitivity and accuracy to meet the requirements for the analysis of cosmetics.
