摘    要:通过比较酸热法、超声波冻融法和高能纳米冲击磨法对灵芝孢子粉破壁效果,找到适合工业化生产的孢子油提取的最佳破壁技术。结果显示:采用高能纳米冲击磨法可显著提高灵芝孢子的破壁率和孢子油得率,在球料比3∶1(质量比),球磨时间6 h的条件下,破壁率为90.36%,灵芝孢子油得率为30.79%。

Abstract:Acid-heating method,ultrasonic wave freezing-thrawing and high-energy nano impact grinding were compared in the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil to find a suitable method for industry.The results showed that high-energy nano impact grinding method could increase the sporoderm-broken rate and oil yield significantly.The optimal conditions of breaking sporoderm were as follows:mass ratio of bead to Ganoderma lucidum spore 3∶ 1,processing time 6 h.Under the optimal conditions,the yield of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil could reach 30.79%,and the sporoderm-broken rate was 90.36%.
