摘    要:采用响应面法对用正己烷-乙醇-水三元双液相从橡胶籽提油脱氰苷的工艺参数进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,采用中心组合设计,以烷料比、醇料比、提取时间为自变量,以橡胶籽油得率及氰苷脱除率为因变量建立数学模型,获得的最佳工艺条件为:烷料比为6.26∶1,醇料比为8.36∶1,提取时间79.11 min,提取温度55℃,乙醇体积分数为70%。在此条件下,橡胶籽油得率可达41.92%,氰苷脱除率可达91.11%。

Abstract:The response surface methodology was used to optimize the simultaneous extraction of oil and cyanogenic glycosides from rubber seed with two-liquid-phase system of n-hexane-ethanol-water.The effects of n-hexane-solid ratio,ethanol-solid ratio and extraction time on the extraction of oil and cyanogenic glycosides were studied by central composite design.The optimal conditions were determined as follows: n-hexane-solid ratio 6.26∶ 1,ethanol-solid ratio 8.36∶ 1,time 79.11 min,temperature 55 ℃,ethanol concentration 70%.The extraction rates of oil and cyanogenic glycosides were 41.92% and 91.11% respectively under the optimal conditions.
