瓦斯抽采技术在唐山矿的研究应用

摘    要:介绍了地面钻孔、采空区调压抽放、高位钻孔瓦斯抽放等抽采工艺在唐山矿的生产应用情况,得出了不同的治理方法的适用条件,认为矿井煤层埋藏浅的煤矿比较适宜地面抽采,抽出的高浓度瓦斯作为清洁能源一般可以直接加以利用;利用调压控制采空区瓦斯流向后实施抽采,可对老矿井采空区内赋存瓦斯进行治理;高位孔的封孔质量、叠加距离均影响瓦斯抽放效果.应针对不同煤层顶板岩性特征,摸索出适合的钻孔参数.

Abstract:The application of extraction process,such as surface boreholes,drainage with pressure-regulating in goaf and gas drainage via borehole at high level in Tangshan Mine,was introduced.And the suitable conditions for different control measures were proposed.The gas drainage on the ground was suitable for shallowly buried coal seams and the extracted high concentration methane could be directly used as clean energy.While the stored gas in the goaf of old mines could be controlled by changing gas flow via pressure adjustment.The drainage effect could be influenced by the quality and the superposition distance of high level borehole.Therefore,the proper drilling parameters should be determined according to the different characteristics of coal roof.
