环保型植物绝缘油炼制及其电气性能研究

摘    要:当前变压器等电力设备中广泛应用的绝缘油均属于矿物油,但其闪点相对较低,生物降解性差.因此,以植物绝缘油替代矿物油成为国内外研究的新热点.论述了以花生油为原料炼制绝缘油的研究过程,并针对其电气性能与矿物绝缘油进行了对比.结果显示,其主要性能指标较矿物绝缘油更好,极具开发利用价值.

Abstract:The insulating oil that widely used in equipments such as transformer belongs to mineral oil,it has a low flash point and poor biodegradability.So using vegetable insulating oil instead of mineral oil becomes a new point at home and abroad.The paper describes the study process of taking the peanut oil as raw material,and contrast the electrical performance with mineral oil.The result shows that the performance index of mineral insulating oil is better and is valuable to be developed.
