摘    要:大规模联网使电力系统运行更加复杂,这也对电网风险评价提出了更高的要求.应用风险度理论,在系统负荷变化的环境下,对电网断线造成的低电压风险进行评价.介绍了电网风险度的概念,然后根据故障概率分布函数和低电压函数建立了风险评估模型,最后在IEEE - 39.系统上进行了仿真测试,结果验证了方法的有效性,可以为电力系统风险评价人员提供一定的参考依据.

Abstract:Large-scale network to power system operation more complex,and thus risk assessment of higher power requirements.In this paper,degree of risk theory,the system load changes in the environment,caused by the disconnection of the low-voltage power grid to evaluate the risk.First the concept of risk degree grid is introduced,and then a risk assessment model is established for the failure probability distribution function and low-voltage function,and finally in the IEEE-39 system,the simulation test results verify the effectiveness of the method,the risk for power system evaluators can be referenced
