摘    要:介绍了某电厂锅炉热态启动节油及低负荷稳燃技术分析,并详细介绍了微油点火系统改造后在锅炉冷态启动、低负荷稳燃运行的应用情况及取得的经济效益.同时分析建立了锅炉优化燃烧及混煤掺烧管理体系,成为发电企业创造可持续价值,提升盈利能力的重要途径之一.

Analysis of stable combustion at low load and start-up technology for 600 MW snpercritical boiler

Abstract:This paper introduces oil saving technology during hot start-up and stable combustion technology at low load for a boiler.The application and economy benefits during cold start-up and low load operation after the less-oil consumption igniting system modification are also discussed in detail.The construction and optimization for boiler combustion control system and fuel mixing control system are described in this paper as well.It may be a reference as creating sustainable value and increasing profitability for an enterprise.
