摘    要:本文通过对BG-130/3.82-M6型锅炉及其系统的分析,提出了提产改造方案,方案中对解决炉膛结焦、汽包与过热器之间压差、主蒸汽参数控制和设备安全运行等有关问题进行了考虑。实践证明:BG-130/3.82-M6型锅炉的提产改造非常成功。该项目具有投资少、见效快、经济效益显著的特点。提产改造后,锅炉能够长期在160t/h负荷下运行,各项参数能够达到设计性能,满足锅炉改造后达产、安全、经济、连续运行的要求,在一定程度上缓解了生产系统供用汽的矛盾,并为其它同类型锅炉的提产改造积累了成功的经验。

Abstract:The system of BG-130/3.82-M6 boiler is analyzed and a modification scheme of increasing production, which considers solving problems in boiler such as furnace coking, pressure difference between drum and superheater, parameter control of main steam, safe running and so on, is presented in this paper. The practice shows that it is very successful of the modification scheme of increasing production of the boiler system, which are less investment, short period and remarkable economic benefit. The modified boiler can work under the load of 160 t/h, the parameters can reach the design index, which meets requirements of complete production, security, economic and continuous operation and alleviates contradiction between the stream production and consumption. The scheme has obtained successful experience for the same-type boiler, s modification.
