摘    要:运用光学显微镜、化学相分析等方法研究了EAF CSP流程铌微合金钢中Nb(C,N)析出规律;并在Gleeble 3500热模拟实验机上实验研究了铌微合金钢的原始奥氏体再结晶规律。该研究为其生产铌微合金钢的成分设计和工艺优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Precipitating regulation of Nb(C, N) in Nb microalloyed steel was studied by optical microscope and chemical phase analysis method in EAF CSP process. Original austenite recrystallizing regulation of Nb microalloyed steel in EAF CSP process was analyzed by Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation machine. The results provide theoretical base for chemical composition design and production process optimizing of Nb microalloyed steel in EAF CSP process.
