基于ADAMS的二维跟踪转台动力学耦合分析

摘    要:基于ADAMS动力学仿真软件,对二维跟踪转台的方位轴系以及俯仰轴系进行了动力学分析。首先通过仿真方位轴系和俯仰轴系单独摇摆及匀速运动,得到单独运动时驱动电机转矩输出情况;其次通过加载函数使两轴系同时做摇摆运动、高速匀速运动,方位轴系高速匀速运动而俯仰轴系做摆动运动的三种耦合情况,得到了耦合运动时系统驱动电机输出转矩曲线。对比分析不同情况下两轴系驱动电机转矩曲线,得到方位轴系与俯仰轴系之间运动的相互影响关系,为电机的选择提供参考,并为转台物理样机的设计及优化提供了一定建议。

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamics of the azimuth shafting and pitch shafting in two-dimensional tracking turntable were analyzed using the dynamics simulation software ADAMS. Firstly,the output torque of the motor were got when the two shafting are with rocking motion and uniform motion respectively. Secondly,the coupled motion of which out-put torque curve are obtained by loading three groups of functions on the two shafting. The three groups of functions are with rocking motion at the same time, uniform motion at the same time and azimuth shafting with uniform motion while the pitch shafting swing at the same time. Finally, the interaction relationship of the two shafting was found by analyzing the drive motor of which output torque curve in different situations. The results can provide reference for the selection of the motor and some suggestions for designing and optimizing the physical prototype of the turntable.
