摘    要:为了解决多级齿轮传动系统设计周期长、计算繁琐和尺寸庞大等问题,分析了多级圆柱齿轮传动系统设计过程,以影响该传动系统的核心设计参数为优化设计变量,导出系统整体占用面积最小的目标函数和相应的约束条件,形成相应的最优化数学模型,结合MATLAB的优化工具箱完成了该优化设计的求解,并得到实例验证。结果表明,该优化思想可使多级齿轮传动系统的整体占用面积减小28.51%。

Abstract:In order to solve the long design cycle, tedious calculations and large in size and other issues of the multi-stage gear system, the core design parameters influencing the transmission are selected as optimization design variables based on the design process of multi-stage cylindrical gear transmission system, the objective function and corresponding constraint conditions realized the whole system area of the minimum have been also derived. Based on above optimization mathematical model, the optimal values have been obtained using MATLAB optimization toolbox and verified with an example. The results show that the whole system area can be reduced to 28.51% by our optimization idea.
