毫秒脉冲激光诱导金属铝等离子体膨胀研究

摘    要:基于马赫泽德光学干涉法对毫秒脉冲激光诱导铝等离子体膨胀过程进行了研究。利用高速相机获得了铝等离子体膨胀图像,给出了等离子体膨胀距离和膨胀速度随时间以及激光能量的演化曲线。实验结果表明,毫秒脉冲激光诱导铝等离子体膨胀过程伴随着较强材料溅射,激光脉冲能量对等离子体膨胀速度时间演化曲线有一定的影响。在80J激光能量作用下诱导的铝等离子体膨胀速度为141.2m/s,产生了激光支持燃烧波。

Abstract:In this paper, the expansion dynamics of Al plasma induced by ms pulse laser were studied by using Mach-Zehnder optical interferometer. The plasma expansion images of aluminum were taken by a high-speed camera, and the plasma front distance and the plasma expansion velocity as a function of time and the laser energy were given. Experimental results had shown that aluminum millisecond pulse laser-induced plasma expansion process was accompa-nied by a strong material sputtering and the laser pulse energy has a certain influence on the time evolution of plasma expansion velocity curve. The plasma expansion velocity can obtained as 141.2m/s at the action of the laser energy 80J and the laser support combustion wave was generated during the ms pulse laser induced plasma.
