基于SimMechanics的平面五杆变胞机构动力学分析

摘    要:构态转换是变胞机构研究中的一个重要环节,在构态发生变换的时刻机构会发生振动,影响机构的稳定性。以一个五杆变胞机构为例,利用SimMechanics建立了动力学模型,验证了在构态变换时的振动效应,分析了不同的初始条件对变胞机构动力学性能的影响,得到了构态转换时刻机构的动力学曲线,并证明通过改变机构输入可以有效抑制构态转换时刻的振动,改善机构的运动性能。

Abstract:The change of configuration plays an important role when a metamorphic mechanism works, But accompanied with it, vibration will be occurred, influence stability of mechanism. In this paper, a five-bar metamorphic mechanism simulation model of dynamics analysis based on SimMechanics was established to study the vibration occurring when its configuration changes. The influence owing to different initial conditions on the characteristics of the motion of metamorphic mechanism is focused, the dynamic curves on the time configuration changes were protracted, and it is reasonable to reducing the impact by the way of adopting a proper type of motion for the inputs of mechanism.
