摘    要:振动是影响电机工作的重要动力性能之一,也是导致整机故障的重要原因之一。分别以分数槽混合动力电机为研究对象,采用Pro/Engineer建立电机与转子三维实体模型,对其进行结构动力学仿真,分析其振动频率及其对整机的影响,研究结果表明,电机的前六阶固有频率较高,不易与整车产生共振。

Vibration modal simulation of fraction slot hybrid-powered motor using ANSYS

Abstract:Vibration is one of the important dynamic performance of motor.And it is also one of the main causes resulting in failure of the whole machine. Friction slot hybrid-powered motor was investigated to analyze its natural vibration frequency and the influence on the whole machine. Firstly, three-dimensional solid model was constructed using Pro/Engineering. Second, the structural dynamics simulation of motor was conducted using AnsysWorkbench. The results show that the first six order natural frequency of the motor is high and it is not easy to bring out resonance vibration with the vehicle.
