弹丸弧形部曲率半径测量技术研究

摘    要:针对弹丸弧形部曲率半径测量困难,测量精度不高等问题,提出了一种通过对弹丸径向尺寸和轴向尺寸的测量计算弹丸弧形部曲率半径的方法。首先采用激光扫描法分别对弹丸弧形部的任意三点进行径向尺寸和轴向尺寸测量,然后通过数学几何关系推导出弹丸弧形部曲率半径的表达式,最后利用微分法对仪器和测量结果进行精度分析。结果表明,基于激光扫描法三点式测量曲率半径的方法可以有效的对弹丸弧形部曲率半径进行测量,满足精度要求,即ΔR≤0.05mm,提高了测量精度且实现了测量的简单快捷。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty in measuring radius of bullet curve portion and low measurement accuracy, in this paper, the novel method of calculating radius of bullet curve portion is proposed by means of measuring radial dimen-sion and axial dimension of bullet. Firstly, the radial dimension and axial dimension of three points respectively are measured by the method of laser scanning;secondly,the measurement results are put into the formula,then expression of radius of curvature with math geometry relation is derived. Finally,the accuracy analysis of the results is carried on in the way of integral. The result shows that the method of three points radius of curvature measurement based on la-ser scanning works is effective and the accuracy of measurement is improved and measurement convenient is achieved. It is proved that the precisionΔR≤0.05mm.
