基于光电技术的炮弹径向尺寸测量系统的研究

摘    要:针对传统测量尺寸较大的炮弹径向尺寸的方法存在响应速度慢、精度低、可靠性低等问题,提出一种基于光电技术的炮弹外径测量系统。该系统采用移动遮挡式激光扫描测量法,首先由测量头水平和升降运动装置完成对炮弹的扫描,然后由线阵CCD采集数据后送入单片机进行处理得到测量结果。最后对影响系统测量精度的误差来源进行分析。结果表明,该系统能有效地实现对炮弹不同部位的径向尺寸的非接触精确测量,可以达到0~250mm的测量范围和±5um的测量精度,可广泛适用于多种型号炮弹及回转类工件的外径测量。

Abstract:Aiming at the fact that traditional measuring methods for radial dimension of large projectiles have slow speed,low precision and low reliability,in this paper,a measurement system for large-scale diameter based on photo-electric technology is proposed. A laser scanning measuring method with“moving occlusion”is adopted in this system. Firstly,the projectile is scanned by the horizontal and vertical motion device of measuring head. After the data are col-lected by linear CCD, it is sent into the microcontroller to process. Then the measurement result is obtained. Finally, the error sources affecting the measurement precision are analyzed. The results indicate that the accurate measurement of different diameters of projectiles without contact can be realized,and the measurement range of the system is 0~250mm and the measurement precision reaches ± 5μm. It can be widely used to measure the external diameters of some kinds of projectiles and revolving workpieces.
