摘    要:简述了目前天然气脱碳技术的现状,在对活化MDEA脱碳反应机理研究的基础上,研发了活化MDEA脱碳溶剂CT8-23。经实验考察表明:CT8-23溶剂具有优良的净化性能、较低的腐蚀性以及较强的抗发泡性,能够满足深度脱碳、脱硫脱碳、有机硫脱除等不同气质的净化需求。

Abstract:This paper describes the current status of natural gas decarbonization technology,based on the study of activated MDEA decarbonization reaction mechanism,activated MDEA solvent CT8-23 is developed.The experimental study show that CT8-23 has excellent purification performance,low-corrosion performance and strong anti-foaming performance,and can meet different purification needs of various gas composition,such as deep CO2 removal,H2S and CO2 removal and organic sulfur removal.
