黑液气化技术研究进展

摘    要:综述了黑液气化机理、气化工艺等方面的研究进展.其中,超临界水气化工艺的研究处于实验室研究阶段;以Chemrec气化工艺为代表的高温压力氧吹气流床气化工艺已完成现场应用小试试验,具有良好的商业化前景;以高效气化工艺为基础的黑液气化集成工艺的产品附加值高、二氧化碳减排效果明显,市场应用前景广阔.

Abstract:In this paper, the research progress in mechanism and technology process of black liquor gasification was presented. The research of supercritical water gasification process was in laboratory stage; high temperature pressure oxygen-blowing process represented by the Chemrec process has completed the field test in pilot-scale experiment and has good commercial prospects; black liquor gasification integrated process based on efficient gasification has such characteristic as high value-added of products and obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction, which has board market prospects.
