| 摘 要： | 较详细地叙述了工程项目管理中的合同管理工作,并从合同管理的含义出发,强调合同管理中应注意签订合同、签订补充协议或备忘录、全面履行合同、现场签证和合同文件管理归档等几个环节。正确使用合同担保制度和行使索赔。因此加强合同管理是提高项目管理水平的必由之路,应崇尚合同至上的原则,力求用合同来规范工程项目管理,保证项目建设取得成功。

| Abstract: | The contract management of engineering project management was put forward in details.From the concept of the contract management,several processes were emphasized including signing contract and additional agreement or memorandum,fulfilling contract thoroughly,signing in situs and filing,etc.The contract guarantee system and compensation should be used correctly.It is necessary that emphasizing the contract management to improve the level of project management.The author thought that we should respect the idea of contract supreme,and use contract to form engineering project management to guarantee the success of project construction. |
