摘    要:以三元乙丙橡胶、氧化锌、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、硫磺、白炭黑、纳米碳酸钙等为原料制备了三元乙丙橡胶材料 ,研究了加工工艺和纳米碳酸钙含量对材料力学性能的影响 ,测试了材料硫化胶片的力学性能 ,结果表明 ,通过改进加工工艺和添加适量的纳米碳酸钙可以提高和改善材料的力学性能 ,当纳米碳酸钙含量为 10 0g时 ,材料的力学性能最佳

Abstract:The EPDM material were prepared from EPDM rubber,ZnO,TMTD,S and Si as well as nano-meter CaCO 3,so the influence of production technique and the content of nano-meter CaCO 3 on the mechanic properties were investigated.Through the test results on the mechanics properties of vulcanization material,strong indications were obtained that the mechanics properties of material can be improved and ameliorated by improving on produce technology and adding nano-meter CaCO 3.In the case of adding 100 g of nano-meter CaCO 3,the resulting mechanics properties are the best.
