摘    要:将遗传算法 (genetic algorithm GA)应用到基于工艺约束的加工方法排序决策过程中 ,通过改进的遗传算法 ,得到满足生产要求的最优或接近最优的工艺路线 ,并在决策过程中同时考虑机床和刀具的选择 .通过实例 ,详细介绍了利用 GA进行加工方法排序决策以及相关的机床和刀具的选择过程

Abstract:Genetic algorithm(GA) was applied to the decision making process of the operation sequence based on the sequence constraints. The optimal or near optimal operation sequence satisfying for the production requirements was obtained by the improved GA, and the choices of machines and tools were considered simultaneously. From the example, the process of the decision making for the operations sequence and the choices of the relative machines and tools was described by using GA.
